The summaries available on our web site are
of cases in which CJLF has recently filed (Cases Pending) and of cases
in which a decision has been recently rendered (Cases Decided).
The boxscore is an accounting of cases decided
after 1996, and includes a case summary, the issue briefed, and the
ruling as it applies to CJLF's position: Win, Loss or Draw. Cases decided between 1993-1995 are available by entering the Boxscore page and clicking on 1993-1995.
